I have a B.A. in English/French/Education from the University of Puget Sound (Tacoma, WA) and I have a MEd. in Language/Literacy/Culture from the University of Washington.

If you are unhappy, you need to take this up with the tutor. Please do tell us but do not look to us for compensation as we offer these tutors solely as would a directory.
