Terms and conditions: An administration fee of £25 will be deductible from any refund of fees if the client or the recipient cancels tuition unless the cause for the cancellation lies with Anysubject or its tutor in which case Anysubject shall have sole authority as to whether to refund monies unused or to replace the tutor at no extra cost to the client. In all cases, the limit of Anysubject's liability shall be the value of one lesson either replaced in kind or calculated as being the total amount paid by the client divided by the number of lessons corresponding. All online tuition lessons are offered subject to availability and without surrender value although it is unlikely we shall not succeed in placing the student. Clients may assign this free lesson to either the recipient or anyone else in their direct family. In the event of us not being able to provide a face-to-face tutor in the appropriate subject at the agreed times a full refund will be made. Client will be informed as a matter of urgency but no liability can be accepted for losses arising from our inability to find a tutor. Payment must be made in full with the order. Lessons must be 30 minute minimum for Elocution, Singing or Music or 1 hour for all other subjects. As is normal for our tuition no specific lesson materials are provided although individual tutors may give hand-outs etc if they feel that it assists the student's tuition. The gift is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any subsequent tuition ordered by the client or the student will be at the prevailing rates as published on our website at the time of that booking. We review our pricelist annually on 1st September although Special Offers regularly appear. This offer is open for bookings made on or before 6pm on 20th December 2005 and lessons must be used up before the 31st March 2006. Please make sure you know all the student's contact details, their availability, your chosen free online subject and have your credit card to hand. The foregoing in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
